Remedial Massage Therapy is a combination of techniques used to manipulate soft tissue. These techniques have many benefits for the recipient and, contrary to popular belief, are not always painful. Remedial massage has the potential to:

- Reduce stress
- Improve flexibility
- Reduce swelling from lymphedema

All of our therapists have completed their Diploma Of Remedial Massage Therapy and are members of AMT (Association of Massage Therapists). Health rebates are available to all major private health funds that supply cover for remedial massage therapy. We have HICAPS and EFTPOS facilities available for convenience in processing your health insurance claims.
