PRIVATE: Body/Energy Therapy appointments of Reflexology, Massage, Reiki, Pranic & Sound healing. Here's a little info about who I am and what my passion is. Everything I facilitate is to Journey Inwards. As we are all different, we may choose different ways or choose a different 'piece of the puzzle'......but it's still about discovering, or re-discovering, YOU. My name is Julie and I have been working with Natural therapies and metaphysics for over 35 years with Body and Energy work of Massage, Reflexology, Reiki, Pranic Healing and Aromatherapy. Growing up in Perth, Western Australia my parents were health conscious and very open to spiritual awareness & development. So much so, they were a part of the foundation group of PDA (psychic development association) in the late 70's & 80's. Bringing in all sorts of wonderful people from around the world with different healing modalities, gifts and talents. Body and Energy therapy are a part of my upbringing and natural for me to continue this flow to assist people with their journey. I have always had a 'yearn to learn' and some of my accomplishments include:

My offerings are:

Private well-being appointments for Reflexology, Massage, Reiki, Pranic healing and Sound Healing, either 1 hr or 1.5hr. Appointments are intuitively based often using a combination of modalities and experience to draw upon to help you achieve your highest well-being. Choose your modality, or we can begin with an aromatherapy foot-bath and discussion of what's most appropriate for your session. Reiki and Pranic Healing, distant Healing is also available. I am also a musician (classically trained pianist) and composer and have created music for relaxation, meditation, wellness industries, films, cafes and more

With my love of music, I also resonate deeply with vibrational healing, so it was only natural for me to move into Sound Healing. I run regular public group sessions of:

•Sound Healing & Meditation (crystal & Tibetan bowls, chimes and/or drumming)
•Sound Circles using our voice toning/chanting and/or drumming

PRIVATE group Sound Healing sessions for private/work functions.

•Wellness workshops providing participants hands on insights into their own health and
well- being with easy to learn techniques for themselves and family members. eg Meditation, Massage, Movement & Sound Healing, or Foot Massage & Reflexology. On-line meditations also available through Fb live, pre-recorded through Zoom and Drop box

Your heart is far more intelligent than most people realise. Scientists have discovered that the human heart contains over 40,000 neurons creating what researchers call the heart brain. Are you seeing your life through the eyes of your brain or the eyes of your heart? Here is an interesting question for you to contemplate – Are you seeing your life through the eyes of your brain or the eyes of your heart? Did you know there is a difference?

Let’s play with this…

As I look out my window, here is information that I gather from my senses.

A fence, a light brown colour.
2 apple trees with a few apples still remaining.
Green grass and apples on the ground that have fallen from the trees.
Dark green colour of the hedge at the back of the yard with berries beginning to turn red.
A few caws from a crow across the street.
The sound of rippling water from our little fountain in the backyard pond.
A blue sky with no clouds.
You may have noticed there is no interpretation. Just observation.
Now, let’s play with an interpretation of each of these statements from the perspective of the eyes of the mind:

The fence is looking a little weathered and really needs staining.
I don’t know if I will get around to picking those remaining apples before they fall to the ground. I’m so busy.
It’s going to be pain to rake up all the apples that have fallen and get them into the recycling bin.
That hedge is so overgrown. I really have to get out the trimming shears and get to work on it.
Those crows can be such a nuisance with their noise and getting into things.
The fountain is not keeping up with clearing all the algae that has grown in the pond.
No clouds for now, I hope we don’t get another hail storm.
Can you feel the difference in these interpretations? How does it feel?

Ok. Now, let’s play with an interpretation of each of these statements from the perspective of the eyes of the heart:

I am grateful for our fence that gives our yard a container of quiet and privacy.
Our apples trees have been so abundant this year, we have been able to have neighbours come over to pick as much as they want and still have lots for ourselves.
One of our neighbours is so grateful of the gift of fallen apples for his compost. He says they help to make the best compost for his garden – and ours. He brings over a couple of wheelbarrows of the mixture in the spring.
Our hedge is home to so many birds, chirping joyfully over the abundance of berries.
I love how the caw of the crows are such great reminders for me to be mindful and return to the present moment.
The sound of gentle bubbling water from our pond creates my ‘zen’ place in our backyard, where I can meditate or work with focus.
There is nothing like the beautiful blue of a clear sky. It reminds me of having a clear mind.
Can you feel the difference in these interpretations? How does it feel?

We live in an increasingly chaotic world and energetic soup. I invite you to become more aware of how you are ‘interpreting’ throughout your day. You will always find your centre within you when you choose to see with the eyes of your heart.

Big thanks to my gorgeous Drum Circle attendees tonight. 💖

We did it! ....eventually 😂

We started slowly with a few different rhythms, put the sequence together....added in music to 'funk it up' and, well....we laughed, people 'went solo' 😉 and somehow, we all came together at the end..... and it sounded awesome! 😮😆👍🥳

Soooo many good things come out of these Drumming Circle sessions including:

Raise your vibration
Try something new.
Sense of achievement
Meet like minded people
Have fun. Laugh a lot
Give yourself permission to 'not be perfect'
Release endorphins, happy hormones
Activate whole brain activity
