Used the blade cover to cook up sausages in the thermomix bowl!!
Made an arribiata sauce in the bottom then put the blade cover on and added the Italian sausages… perfect!!

Was just about to go and eat the rest of the left over pomegranate when the lights went out with this storm … I think I did well 😂😂😂it was the best I have had in a ling time was so juicy and plump and ruby red🙃

We didn’t have much time to prepare for this dish tonight… so turned a paella into a risotto😂😂😂
1. didnt have prawns for a start 🙃.
2. didnt read it to have to get a pan to finisih it off -
so made it like a risotto- outcome flavour perfect , great dinner outcome!! No socarrat (crust) but full of flavour! really yummy

TM dinner part y where an element of the food has to be made in the Thermomix. We have started doing this since 2014 and still love it!
This menu is Korean Tall cocktail, mushroom soup, JJ’s chicken curry and Black Forest cake.
Not only are we catching up but also always learning with our Thermomix 🥰

Dinner last night Green ginger sauce with Steamed chicken
