Here's a guide to understanding body composition in order to know how to track your progress:

Know Your Numbers: Get familiar with key metrics like body fat percentage, muscle mass, and visceral fat. Tools like body impedance scales or professional assessments can provide valuable insights.

The Scale Isn't Everything: Shift the focus from the scale alone. Consider other indicators like how your clothes fit, changes in energy levels, and improvements in strength and endurance.

Before and After Photos: Capture your transformation visually. Regularly take photos from multiple angles to visually track changes. Sometimes, the mirror tells a more inspiring story than numbers.

Keep a Workout Journal: Record your workouts, noting the exercises, weights, and reps. Tracking progress in strength is a tangible way to see your body evolving.

Celebrate Non-Scale Victories: Celebrate achievements beyond the scale. Did you run a mile without stopping? Nail a challenging yoga pose? These victories are just as crucial.

Are you short on time but still committed to your fitness goals? Master the art of efficient workouts with this circuit that targets your entire body! 💪

Warm-Up:
Jumping jacks: 2 minutes
High knees: 1 minute
Arm circles: 1 minute

Circuit: 3 Rounds

Bodyweight Squats (1 minute):
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.
Squat down, keeping your back straight.
Push through your heels to return to the starting position.

Push-Ups (1 minute):
Maintain a plank position.
Lower your chest to the ground and push back up.

Plank with Shoulder Taps (1 minute):
Start in a plank position.
Tap your left shoulder with your right hand, then vice versa.

Jump Lunges (1 minute):
Step forward into a lunge and jump to switch legs.

Mountain Climbers (1 minute):
In a plank position, bring your knees to your chest alternately.

Dumbbell Rows (or Substitute with Water Bottles) (1 minute):
Bend at the hips, holding dumbbells or water bottles.
Pull them to your chest.

Cool Down:
Child’s Pose: 2 minutes
Standing Forward Bend: 2 minutes

Optimise Your Sleep Environment: Make your bedroom a sleep haven. Keep it cool, dark, and quiet. Invest in comfortable bedding and consider blackout curtains to block out any unwanted light.

Digital Detox Before Bed: Banish screens at least an hour before bedtime. The blue light emitted by phones and computers can interfere with melatonin production, making it harder to fall asleep.
