Big news! OTG moved premises today!

Due to the 12/18-month refurbishment of the Wesley College Sports Club, we are now operating in Como, just 2kms away from our Wesley home. Visit us at:

Aldar House
Suite 1, 10 Mary St, COMO

All existing Pilates Passes will of course be transferred over to our new address.

We hope to return to Wesley in the future, but in the meantime thank you for your continued support. We cannot wait to welcome you to our new home!

Over the past 18 months we have been selling Pilates socks ($20) and our own branded OTG Pilates tops ($30). In conjunction with Rev. Manie Strydom the Chaplain we will be donating all proceeds from the sale of our Pilates Socks and shirts to the Uniting Churches Wyn Carr House program in Fremantle. This program is to assist woman who are domestic violence survivors and giving them much needed support in terms of food, clothing and shelter. Over $1500 has been raised and will be donated to the program. This will be a continuing collaboration with the Uniting Church, so please be aware that every time you buy Pilates Socks/shirts every cent will go to Wyn Carr House.

Fantastic night last Friday night for the Sponsors Sundowner. Great to see so many familiar faces both Physiotherapy and Pilates wise. OTG is thrilled to continue on as a Diamond Sponsor of the club for 2025 and great to watch a resounding win by the Women’s 1’s team over tough rivals Peppermint Grove.

Massive congratulations to former student Kyle Bowen for his selection to represent Australia at the current Asia Cup tournament. Kyle was the first ever LTAD (Long Term Athletic Development) student at the College and a pleasure to work with.
