And that’s a wrap on HYROX Perth 2025!

Such an absolute privilege to coach this crew — for many of you, it was your first ever event and you absolutely smashed it 🙌

Since April, I’ve watched you show up with so much commitment — from freezing early morning group sessions, to squeezing training around long hours, shift work, parenting, and everything in between.

And it wasn’t just about the training. For most of you, this journey was about levelling up and proving to yourself that you can do hard things — and realising that you are capable of so much more 💪

Last weekend was the celebration of all that hard work, and I could not be more prouder to be your coach. The skills sessions really paid off — watching your technique out there, pacing strategies come to life and the moment crossing that finish line was everything!

Hi, I’m Nicole — founder of Bloom Body by Nicole, hybrid athlete, ultra-marathon runner, mum of two boys, and unapologetically obsessed with pushing limits.

I’ve been in the fitness industry since 2014 — starting out with pre + postnatal training to help women feel strong and confident in their bodies. Over the years, my passion has grown into performance coaching, and today I get to coach athletes who want to push limits in HYROX, hybrid training, and beyond.

I’m an Affiliate HYROX Performance Coach and my home studio is a proud HYROX Training Club. I’ve raced 8 HYROX events and stood on the podium 6 times — and I bring that same energy, strategy, and mindset into my coaching.

I’m also a qualified nutrition + life coach, because I believe performance is so much more than just the physical. It’s mindset, fueling, recovery, and the belief that you can do hard things.

My motto? 1% better every day — inside the gym, outside the gym, and in life. Progress adds up, and I’ll always back you to chase big goals while having fun along the way.

My ADHD brain means I bring plenty of energy, creativity (and a little chaos 🤪) to everything I do. For the behind-the-scenes realness — racing highs, mum life, and everything in between — you’ll find me over at .

I’m now coaching semi-private Hybrid sessions from this incredible athlete performance facility—and I’d love to see you there.

These aren’t your standard group classes. They’re a small group, high-touch experience designed to give you the best of both worlds:

Join us this Thursday 16th January at Port Beach, North Fremantle for a FREE morning that has it all: fitness, fun, and community!

⏰ 5:50am - Welcome and Warmup
🏃‍♀️ 6:00am - Threshold Intervals (5-6km)
🏊‍♂️ 6:45am - Optional Ocean Swim + Coffee/Chats

What to bring:
✔️ Running gear
✔️ Swimmers & towel
✔️ Water bottle

This session is perfect for building speed and endurance—ideal for runners training for distances from 5km to a half marathon. Although, walkers and anyone else wanting to get in on the good vibes are welcome to join.

7am: Welcome & Warmup

7:15am: Run (5-10km) or walk 60 minute out and back at an easy pace.

8:30am: Ocean Dip, Coffee, & Chats
