Yoga Therapy for Children - EOI

We will be offering a new service one to one called yoga therapy for children. It consists of 10 different issues that children are facing today on a physical, emotional and mental level.

• Healthy lower backs
• Healthy digestion
• Healthy lungs
• Healthy weight
• Diabetes
• Cough’s and colds
• Sore throat’s
• Stress and anxiety
• ADD/ADHD
• Depression

Each one of the 10 issues children are facing today have specifically designed yoga poses to help your children on a physical, emotional and mental level. Your children will learn how to regulate their emotions, gain confidence, mental clarity, help their physical body and over all wellbeing, through Yoga Therapy.
