Why? Lower reps with heavier loads recruit more fast-twitch muscle fibres and drive greater strength gains, while the earlier, higher-rep sets increase blood flow and prime muscles for better performance.

Round 1️⃣ focused on control - longer work time meant time under tension and perfect form.

Round 2️⃣ turned up the intensity - shorter intervals, heavier loads, and slower, intentional reps.

Round 3️⃣ was all about fatigue - fast, explosive effort to empty the tank.

Each round had a purpose. Strength isn’t just about lifting heavy - it’s about how you move through every phase ✅️

Not just another side plank. This one lights up your adductors (inner thighs) while challenging your core and hip stability.

✅ Bulletproofs your groin
✅ Improves hip and pelvic control

Used in elite sport rehab and training.

Try it: Top leg on bench, bottom leg off the ground. Keep hips high and body in a straight line. Hold. Repeat.

🔹️ Band Straight Arm Lat Pull Down 🔹

Want better posture, stronger lats, and improved scapular control? This movement is a must-have in your back day or warm-up routine.

✅ How To Do It:
1️⃣ Set up a resistance band overhead. Hinge at the hips, arms extended in front of you.
2️⃣ With straight arms, pull the band down in a wide arc toward your hips, focusing on your lats.
3️⃣ Pause at the bottom with full control, squeeze your lats, then slowly return to the top.

🔥 Why It’s Great:
✅️Isolates the lats without using your biceps
✅️Reinforces proper shoulder mechanics
✅️Great for warm-ups, pre-activation, or accessory work

💡 Pro tip: Keep ribs down and avoid arching your lower back—make those lats do the work!
