Kat's Speech Pathology

Kat's Speech Pathology offers intervention for children 0-18 years of age with speech, language and literacy.

We work with private clients as well as self and plan managed NDIS. Kat's Speech Pathology offers intervention for children 0-18 years of age with speech, language and literacy difficulties and adults with voice difficulties. We can work with private health, Medicare and NDIS plan managed or self managed participants. Our mobile catchment area includes all of the western suburbs as well as south of the river up to 35km from our clinic in Mosman Park.

We have moved! We are now at 7/55 Hampden Rd Nedlands. In a bigger, more spacious premises with lovely natural light and room for us to grow. We are looking forward to seeing you at our new premises soon!

Final weeks to register for our online courses for teachers, created by Kat herself! Kat has consolidated her knowledge and expertise into an easily accessible portal with content that’s designed specifically for teachers. Work through each course at your own pace, at a time that suits you! Register on our website under the tab “teacher courses”! Don’t delay - registrations for all 3 courses will close 28th April

It’s been a busy past few months at Kat’s Speech Pathology, so an overdue welcome to the team post for our therapists Fang and Sebastian, who joined us in the middle of the year as we continue to grow! Fang brings with her a positive, upbeat energy that all of her clients love. Having Fang in the clinic means we get to overhear her and her clients having lots of fun in therapy sessions and lots of laughter! We were also lucky enough to welcome Sebastian to our team, male Speech Therapists are not common so you could say he is a bit of a “unicorn” in the Speech Pathology world! His genuine commitment to his profession and his kindness and generosity have been heart warming to see. We look forward to seeing you both evolve and grow with us here at KSP!

Now live and accessible for registration on our website: online course on “Phonemic Awareness and Synthetic Phonics”! Specifically designed for teachers but also suitable for early career Speech Pathologists. Get access to the most up to date research in this area, as well as access to all of my favourite activities that I use in phonics intervention. Don’t miss out - registrations will close August 9.

Kat's Speech Pathology will be offering our very popular school holiday small group programs during both weeks of the upcoming holidays!

Two groups will run:
- Lego therapy for social skills (appropriate for ages 6-12)
- Sounds-Write for reading and spelling (appropriate for Pre-Primary to Year 2 aged)
