Part 2, I know it's a bit of a long video but a bit more about what I do in clinic and what to expect when you see me. Here is a list of treatments I offer

- Deep Tissue, sport, Remedial, relaxation massage
Dry Needling, electro therapy Functional release cupping, Manual therapy, spots taping, Exercising

- Some stuff that wasn't mentioned in the video includes IASTM tools and Manual lymphatic drainage. I will make a seperate video on that in the future.

Always late to the party but here we go, a little introduction to more "content 😅".
I am really bad with social media, content or posting about me or my clinic (it's just not me feeling awkward and not myself) but I understand it's 2025 and we live in a world where you have to swim with the waves and put yourself out there so please don't eat me alive😅.

I am still working on part 2, telling a bit more about me and what I am doing as a therapist or basically what I have been doing over the past 12 yrs constantly evolving within the world of therapy.
