Insulin… or cinnamon? (Just kidding 😅) But seriously, the power of insulin is incredible. Since its discovery in 1921 by Frederick Banting and Charles Best, insulin has been a life-saving treatment for millions of people living with diabetes.

As we wrap up Diabetes Awareness Month, it’s a great time to remember just how vital insulin is, no matter the type of diabetes you have.

For me personally, insulin isn’t just a treatment, it keeps me alive every single day. Sadly, cinnamon hasn’t worked its magic for me!

A huge thank you to all the amazing people out there raising awareness, breaking down stigma, and supporting those living with diabetes. Your efforts make a real difference in creating a world where everyone with this condition is understood and supported. 💙
