Meet The Mentor: Dr Santosh Kumar

Dr. Santosh Kumar is a highly experienced clinician and educator with over 20 years of expertise in clinical dentistry, specializing in Periodontics, Lasers, and Implant dentistry.

A master's degree holder in Periodontics from India, he is also a dual-certified Periodontist and Implantologist from The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, Scotland, UK.

Having completed the ADC certification in March 2023, Santosh Kumar is now a registered dentist with AHPRA, Australia.

He mentors overseas-trained dentists preparing for the ADC exam, guiding them through a structured, exam-focused learning process to help achieve their professional goal.

Meet The Mentor : Dr Jignesh (Jack) Vania

Dr Jignesh Vania (“Jack”) is a Western Australia–based General and Implant Dentist and founder of ADC Experts.
After successfully clearing the ADC exams in 2015, he has been mentoring international dentists since 2016 with a structured, results-driven approach.

With extensive experience practising in Australia, Dr Jack brings a unique personal insight into every case discussion. Each scenario is enriched with his own real clinical experiences — guiding candidates not just on what to say, but what they would genuinely do in a real clinical setting.
He is a highly experienced clinician, performing a wide range of treatments including complex implant procedures such as All-on-4 cases, and is the owner of multiple dental practices in Australia.

Despite his clinical and business commitments, his passion for teaching and mentoring remains at the core of his work — driven by a genuine desire to support candidates in building confidence and becoming successful practitioners in Australia.

Meet The Mentor: Dr Deepika

Dr Deepika graduated in 2011 and is a practising dentist in Australia after successfully completing the Australian Dental Council (ADC) pathway.
She brings more than five years of experience as a Dental Practice Manager in Australia, with a deep understanding of Australian dental systems, patient expectations, and team dynamics.

she also has strong clinical experience in managing a wide range of patients, including those with dental anxiety, and supporting in treatments ranging from routine restorations and crowns to more complex procedures such as implants.

Dr Deepika is passionate about helping candidates develop genuine confidence and the mindset required to practise dentistry in Australia

We are expanding our ADC training centre and are seeking a highly motivated, organised, and proactive professional to lead and manage our growing education and clinical facility.

This is a unique leadership opportunity combining ADC training coordination with dental practice management exposure.

You will take ownership of the overall centre operations, including ADC training programs and supporting the day-to-day coordination of an on-site dental clinic.

This is a hands-on role with strong growth potential into a full centre management position.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

🦷 ADC Experts Training & Education (Primary Focus)
• Manage candidate enquiries, onboarding, and enrolments
• Coordinate and schedule OSCE, theory, and mock exam sessions
• Liaise with trainers and organise teaching activities
• Run and support Teams/Zoom/LMS-based sessions
• Track candidate progress, engagement, and outcomes
• Maintain communication via WhatsApp, email, and calls

🏥 Dental Practice Coordination (Secondary Role)
• Assist in day-to-day dental clinic coordination
• Support appointment flow, team communication, and patient experience
• Work alongside clinicians and support staff to ensure smooth operations
• Contribute to maintaining clinical workflow efficiency

📊 Operations & Growth
• Support basic marketing and social media engagement
• Assist in lead tracking and conversion follow-ups
• Ensure smooth functioning of the centre overall

🔹 Ideal Candidate Profile
• Dental background (Dentist / Dental Assistant / ADC candidate preferred)
• Understanding of ADC pathway (highly desirable)
• Experience or interest in practice management
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Basic IT skills (Zoom, Google Drive, spreadsheets)
• Willingness to learn marketing and social media basics
• Proactive, reliable, and capable of taking ownership

Meet The Mentor: Dr Swathi Dasari

Dr Swathi Dasari is an Australian Dental Council (ADC) qualified dentist who successfully completed the ADC pathway in 2017 after moving to Perth in 2014. Having personally navigated the ADC examination process, she understands the challenges faced by internationally trained dentists pursuing registration in Australia.

Dr Swathi currently practises comprehensive dentistry, with experience ranging from preventative and restorative care to complex procedures such as full mouth rehabilitation and All-on-X implant treatments.

As a mentor at ADC Experts, she is passionate about supporting overseas dentists in building confidence, strengthening clinical reasoning, and approaching the ADC exams with the right preparation and mindset.

Outside dentistry, Dr Swathi enjoys gardening and spending time with her family
