In my work, I'm often actively listening to others and helping them to coregulate.
Sometimes I act as that mirror, to reflect back how they may be feeling about themselves.
Allowing a safe space for them to open, drop into their consciousness...breathe and meet themselves where they have been shrinking and losing their power.
Not everyone is ready to do nervous system work, it can be daunting. To face your fears about your old version, maybe scared for what change actually means. Maybe you want to break through to the new version of yourself, but stuck in survival mode of fawning or avoiding

Peace invites peace.
Like attracts like.

A strong, foundation asana that is powerful and draws energy from the earth up from the feet towards the hands.🖐
Building strength in the hips, legs, core, whilst improving one's balance and coordination. It stretches out the front of the hip flexors, chest and shoulders.
Engage your core and feel the tail bone tucked under to avoid over excessive arch in the lower back. 💥
Front knee bends → you commit.
Back leg roots → you stay supported.
Arms reach → you choose expansion.
Stay grounded. Breathe and feel the Warrior within. 🙌

What do I eat in a day when I'm on a calorie deficit and still needing the fuel to move my body everyday with yoga, strength training and running. 🏃‍♂️⚡️
Slide across and you can tell most of the food is prepped or easy to put together. I tend to sprinkle with seeds in most of my meals to get extra protein. In between I'll have 3 pieces of fruit, a handful of nuts, and small pieces of dark chocolate to help with snack time. Because I have a notorious sweet tooth!
Each meal has some kinda protein source and my drinks include water and my nutritional powders to help with my hormones, repair and energy levels.
Being 🎂 birthday week it has been a little bit more challenging but when I'm out and about I try to choose healthier options, to share with friends and enjoy the moment by eating mindfully and focusing on the food and the people surrounding me.
No restrictive diets here, if you want to eat what you like and still keep healthy just move your body a bit each day... if you have certain body/ fitness goals then the diets come in handy.
Balance is the key! 🤸‍♀️👌

Here we go 🥳... another journey around the sun, it started with a quiet reflection on my year in nature. And a gentle knowing that this is who I've meant to become, that I've been looking for...all this time. 🤍
To share yoga and movement to others in a way that is intentional, nourishing, a bringing back to one self, a soft landing to just be. 😌
A beautiful spot to flow, listen to the waves crash in the background, and the sun on my skin. Fresh air to breathe, the best things in life are for free ✨️

Your energy isn’t meant to be constant it’s meant to be honored ✨
Some days you’ll feel grounded, clear, and calm. Other days, your nervous system will ask you to slow down, soften, and come back to yourself.
Before the world steals away your attention, allow it sit with you ✨️✨️✨️
Mindfulness isn’t about doing more… it’s about noticing more.
Noticing when your body needs rest.
Noticing when your mind needs stillness.
Noticing when your energy needs protecting.
Regulation isn’t perfection — it’s awareness, compassion, and small moments of returning 🤍
Pause. Breathe. Check in.
You’re allowed to move at the pace your nervous system feels safe in.
Try some gentle tapping when you feel anxious or lethargic, starting from the base of your legs, to the hips, arms, torso, back near the kidneys, chest, shoulders, behind the neck and to the crown of your head. Allow this to activate and connect the nervous system.
