This is the exact course I needed, when I was building my practice.

I needed to flesh out my branding and niche market. I needed to know how to build and create my own website. I needed to connect my booking tools, calendar and onboarding packet for my clients. I neeeeeded to know SEO and AI and alll of these huge conceptual business things - that I simply didn’t understand how to use…

I didn’t create this program from theory.

I created it from years of walking this path with intention, devotion, and discernment.

From a place of also witnessing many gifted practitioners quietly overextend themselves, into the space of fatigue, resentment and burnout.

Over the next few weeks I will be signing off the first grads of my Ayurvedic Doula Training Course - six months ahead of schedule, a milestone that feels both surreal and completely divine.

This certification training wasn’t built along a neat timeline or in a tidy office.
It grew in-between spaces.
Amongst the quiet hours and busy days of mothering.
While holding sacred postpartum space for my beautiful daughter.
Whilst conceiving my youngest daughter - deepening my existing knowledge and tending to my own postpartum thresholds of expansion.

This course was literally born through birth.

Every module, infused with lived experience and the wisdom of tending to lineage, family, healing, and the ancient rhythms of Ayurveda.

What I didn’t expect was how much the creation of this course would change me. How deeply I would fall in love & devotion to this path, forevermore.

As I formulated the curriculum of this course, certain modules become my absolute favourites.. deep transmissions that feel like the heart of this offering:

The Herbal Medicine Module -

So much energy goes into preparing for birth itself, yet a sacred postpartum period often gets waaayy overlooked.

The truth is, the first forty days after birth shape not only your healing, but also your energy, your mood, and your ability to fully receive the transformation motherhood brings.

Without preparation, many mamas find themselves exhausted, undernourished, overwhelmed and carrying more than they should - alone.

A subtle yet powerful shift is unfolding…
From Hindi Belle to Hindi Belle Sutras 🌸

This refinement is not a rebrand, but a super fine attunement — a deep alignment with my purpose, vision and the sacred work that flows through me.

The name Sutras — meaning sacred threads — reflects the woven teachings, practices and wisdom at the heart of our School. Each thread carries the essence of Ayurveda, the divine feminine and the cycles of fertility, birth, and postpartum. Together, these threads form a tapestry of care, deep knowledge and empowerment for women and the families we nurture.

This evolution affirms the role Hindi Belle Sutras has in holding space for the rise of the Divine Mother Goddess — especially across the sacred seasons of fertility, birth, and postpartum care. Through certification trainings, courses and guidance, this School continues to grow as the home of the AyurDoula, and a world wide sanctuary where wisdom meets devotion.

My sweet little sunbeam ☀️ brought Ayurveda to us in my long search for healing when trying to conceive.

He has his first wobbly tooth this week and I keep having flashbacks to our beautiful sacred window cocoon, which literally feels like just yesterday 😭😭😭

Remembering our delicious first 42 days together, totally wrapped up in our little love bubble, with nothing else to do but snuggle, rest, feed and fall in love 💕 I didn’t leave the house for 6 weeks 🥰

Having 100% support during my postpartum truly allowed me the space to soak it all in and really heal.

I remember preparing my kitchen and home in my 3rd trimester with jars, herbs, spice medicines, oils and so many AyurDoula supplies so that I could totally sink into my cocoon and wholeheartedly, receive.

A deeply rejuvenative postpartum is all about pre- planning and having the knowledgeable support from your AyurDoula and village of sisters 💕

Both of my Ayurvedic postpartum experiences were so deeply beautiful I sooooo totally could do it all again!

FREE CLASS on Breast & Lymphatic Health 🍒

Tuesday, 17th June 2025 at 7:30pm AWST (+8 GMT), online.

Last month I had the health scare of my life.

I had a persistent burning pain in the UOQ of my left breast, which began radiating into my left axillary. I sat on it for around 6 weeks (so effing crazy), before going to see my GP - who discovered a 1mm mobile tender lump, deep in my left breast tissue. Time literally stood still as she told me, and, she further referred me on for further radiology investigations.

I couldn’t get in for my radiology appointment for another 4 weeks, such an agonising wait. I was paralysed with fear, yet alternating between trusting the universe and noticing the profound in absolutely everything, the beauty of this thing we call life..

I would sit up at night watching my babies sleep, praying that my story didn’t include the path of

In the past 6 months alone, three of my beautiful friends have been diagnosed with this disease and another 3 acquaintances (friends of friends). That’s 6 women in my social radius.

I am one of the lucky ones, as my scans came back all clear and my breast changes have been reported as hormonal fluctuations. My heart however, is with my beautiful friends and all women fighting this disease.

This experience has made me want to share my knowledge in Ayurvedic wisdom and, how this can help lower the chances of developing breast cancer. I want to help more women that may need to know how to care for themselves and their breast tissue especially.

This class is open to all women and is totally free - no selling anything on the otherside (bc tbh, I’m so sick of being sold to).. this is a genuine need to teach, support and help women.

This class will be held live via zoom, and you will learn about anatomy, how to massage, cleanse and purify breast tissue and how to assist the lymph system as a whole, with foods, herbs and bodywork techniques.

I was blessed with my firstborn baby nearly 26 years ago 💖
my youngest little wildflower - birthed just 2 years ago..

Within that huge amount of time and the more I witness in the birth scape, the more I see the need for so much radical change.

There definitely has been a big shift towards reclamation and empowering women to birth on their own terms and, I love this.

But, I still am hearing the echoes from our younger women that, there just is not enough education in preparing for or, healing from Birth. Women still need so much support.

Every birth we are initiated through, we find ourselves in this sacred space of opportunity. An opportunity for deep healing and subsequent wisdom sharing on the other-side.

We experience birth and, however that goes.. witness how birth and postpartum should naturally be.

Way back in the 90s, I birthed largely under instruction. I never was encouraged to trust in my own intuition and, god-forbid - there was absolutely no education or mention of any sort of postpartum care.

From that came a deep, innate longing to improve birth and postpartum healing not only for my own subsequent births but, also for our future birthing sisters that would follow.

Yet, nearly 30years later (😱) it seems our modern birthing women are still going so largely under supported in the entire birth and postpartum continuum.

But like, howwwwww?!!

We are modern women.
We have so much more information widely available to us. We should be experiencing so much more peace and empowerment in the birthscape..

The one critical piece of this puzzle missing is - women.
We need dedicated women to ensure this wisdom goes forward. Women trained to support and educate birthing women on how to prepare and heal from birth.

This is where it all begins.
This is where and how we reinstate the Matriarch.

I have been so fortunate to find Ayurveda and support myself and so many other women in the birth space.. I have even shared this birthing wisdom with my own firstborn babe 👵🏼🩷
