LET US DIVE DEEP INTO OURSELVES, WASH AWAY ALL THAT DOES NOT SERVE US,

Our ability to connect compassion from our hearts and to empathize with what others are going through is part of what makes us humans. Difficult times are much more manageable when we have loved ones that have compassion for what we experience.
As busy as life can be, and as infuriating as some circumstances are, it is easy to be cynical. Sometimes it feels impossible to keep our hearts open under the weight of the world's problems. It seems or we think it is easier to shut down, to turn off that part of us that deeply feels all the pain and anguish.
Rather than approaching people who struggle from a compassionate place, we may begin to believe that some people going through a hard time have brought it onto themselves. or because of their karma, or because of some badly made decisions. Tolerance for other people's differences, that compassion for their experiences, that loving each other through pain is important.
When or if we find ourselves unable to connect but want to open that space within ourselves with a tolerance, with compassion, or want to dive into the loving part of our hearts to live a peaceful and centred life, we can embark on the spiritual path to start our journey inward, the most important journey in our life!
A lot of times this inward journey starts when we learn that nothing in the material world can give us true fulfillment. Feelings and emotions always are a reaction to a thought, even if we are not aware of the thought itself, just like sound waves, the thought waves vibrate at a certain frequency.
We can serve ourselves with a daily meditation, create it as a new habit, instead of alienating from ourselves, it brings us back to ourselves again and again.
With love, blessings and gratitude
