Happy Transformation Tuesday, team! This afternoon, we’re incorporating hip-openers and ITB stretching into our pre-workout stretching routine. Deep runners lunge & revolved triangle (pictured below) are great asanas to prepare the hips for a run or jog - or to assist with any type of mobility before a workout. Remember to listen to your body and ease into the stretch to a point that feels good for you to avoid doing any damage to the body.
