I just made homemade medicinal tallow balm;

1. Slow cooked 15 hour beef bone broth (no antibiotics, no hormones or chemicals , grass fed cows)
2. ⁠then filtered and slow cooked again for 9 hours with herbs marshmallow leaf and chamomile flowers for its healing properties
3. ⁠then filtered and added almond oil and sandalwood essential oil

Amazing nourishment with vitamins A, D, E and K plus good fats and herbal medicine infused!

Included for all the mamas I care for and gentle on babies too!

Smells earthy and nutty with chamomile undertones and imbued with LOVE

🔥5 years ago- I was holding my newborn baby boy in bed paralysed with nerve damage in my sacral plexus, with excruciating pudendal neuralgia and radial nerve injuries from labour and birth…it left me bedridden 24/7 for 3 months with some sustained nerve injuries. I had to have Ashley hold me upright to go to the toilet, I was lying down breastfeeding my newborn and drowning in PTSD, grief, shock and despair followed by 5 consecutive viruses that year. I even researched wheelchairs and thought this was my fate. Such longing to become a mother and yet confined to the bed for an unknown length time with months of insomnia and obsessive night terrors. I was so broken I had no way out and I thought I would never have joy or any positive feeling in my heart ever again. Drowning despair was my end game.

🦋The Gift- Last night I am with my 2nd newborn baby (whom I birthed on the soft grass in my garden with my best friends) and it was an ecstatic and surreal moment in time and I experienced a flood of gratitude in my whole being as I DANCED and HELD my baby standing up, using my LEGS and being held by my beautiful partner Ashley celebrating our TEN year anniversary with Ecstatic Dance and Kirtan with Dancing Dhevas

It is possible to bring the soul back into the body, and it is possible to heal from complex PTSD. It takes a lot of deep inner work and letting go and reclaiming Life back.

I have reclaimed my Life back in so many ways. I thought I’d be back in the soil but not yet… I have a lot of more life and abundance and gratitude to bring in.

Simplifying every aspect of my life and having a small circle of what and who that matters in my heart. I love my soul family.

Everything else is fluff 😂

After my immense journey of healing and reclaiming my sovereignty, I have taken my power back. My last birth experience in hospital left me disabled for 3 months 24/7 in bed with nerve damage and severe trauma on all levels and left alone, neglected, shattered. Now I’m free. We did it. I thank my beautiful sistars and angelic guides and grandmother spirits for your loving prayers, support and blessings. My dream came true, birthing my baby earthside, on the luscious soft grass in my home garden that was handcrafted by my beautiful best friend, life partner and papa bear Ashley. My beautiful support team came near the end and surrounded me in love and reminded me of my strength. We did it my boy ♥️🔥

A Medicine Woman’s Prayer

She does not judge you through her lens of perception. She walks with you through the darkness as you remember your light. Held in loving presence. We do it for each other , our stories safe to be heard and purged, our hearts held in tender love and honouring, being compassionate and kind for one another and allowing each other to breathe through the discomfort and no assumptions made nor judgement. The safe space to be seen with compassion, to clear what needs to be cleared and come home to Spirit, to our essence.

FIRE is the most ancient spirit. It heals, purifies, transforms. It is the heart of community. We spent 48 hours in nature around a camp fire and did adventure bush walks into the day and night. . We laughed, cried, tenderly kissed each other’s heart and souls. We sang songs, shared stories and wisdom, we shared the humour in each lesson , we deepened our relationship with the land, swam in the waterhole, listened to the fire’s teachings and we surrendered to our vulnerability surrounded in absolute safety and compassion. Camping with sisters is the best medicine and this weekend was the best birthday and mothers day I’ve ever had. I am so relieved to walk with these women again especially after old friendships got severed. These women are courageous and authentic and inspire. When we feel seen, we can really blossom. Our inner child skipped for joy and said “hello” let’s play!

Happy Mother’s Day to all mamas and I pray for love, healing and blessings to Gaia. Love healing and blessings to our red thread, our maternal lineage. Love and honouring to Grandmothers and your strength.

I Love my adventures with my son. He is such a beautiful soul and I’m so grateful to be his mama. Becoming a mother and emerging into my essence has been such a profound rite of passage. In this motherhood journey I have visited the deepest pain and sorrow and love and joy. It has transformed my life and my whole world is better for it. I am so relieved to be surrounded by other mothers on the journey who choose love and acceptance and kindness for each other. This year has been the best year of my life and I can’t believe how much has happened in the recent 6 weeks. Thank you to all the teachers and nature spirits. Let us walk the beauty way.

🌏Life is ceremony. We have been reminded to walk the beauty way, in having loving relationship and reverence to the land that holds us and including our relationship with the 5 elements. I want my son to maintain his relationship with nature and give to life. This morning we prayed and blessed the water and gave thanks and then drank the loved up elixir, we honoured the wind who blows the seeds and spores, the energy that can carve mountains, we honoured the ancient spirit of fire that creates, transforms, and cooks our food each day. We honoured the earth and offer seeds and ash. We honoured the ether who creates a safe space for creation to manifest. It was so grounding and healing for my son to participate in simple ceremony and I love the empathy and care he has for Mother Earth. We are nature, we are One.

-seek deeper understanding & ignite compassion instead of succumbing to Self righteousness
-let a sister bring her shadow into the light & witness her with love & support
-tenderly hold each other during grief & sorrow. With love, she is never too much
-courageous, kindness & honouring
-are aware & let go of assumptions, belief systems & indoctrination masking fear

Pride & prejudice is hypocrisy of the Self. It dismembers your heart from true intimacy with yourself, with life, with Great Spirit, with friendships. There is a lot of talk about “wanting community “ but are you going to show up, commit to Self healing and growth & open your heart & mind to a new way of living & relating? No more blame shame drama, your ego not in the driver’s seat, no hypocrisy of polarities which are all inside you as shadow cannot exist without light. It all needs to return to love. Do you love your arm but not your leg? Do you accept parts of your Self & disown the rest? You cannot be whole without acceptance. You cannot have community thriving if the offended ego wants to burn others to the ground. Rising in love & exploring deeper understanding creates compassion & harmony. Sisterhood is showing up. Showing up for yourself & others during the discomfort, held in love. Mean girls are detrimental to conscious evolution as community can’t flourish with hatred & the children suffer

In love, reverence & solidarity, I only surround myself with those who are present in their heart & have the integrity to show up and embrace what is. Are you ready to celebrate each other & create magic or do you want to stay stuck in a loop?
