The winter Solstice, (Yule), celebrating the returning of light after the longest night of the year, a new chapter is born. The birth of light and hope over darkness from this night onwards. Do remember though to rest and nurture as much as possible, as new life requires time to form and evolve. Just as the caterpillar goes into it's chrysalis before blossoming into the butterfly, may this be a time for you to do the same 🦋 💕

🌟One way to celebrate is to find a fallen log and to write your wishes on some paper (remember it's a powerful manifesting night, so put intention and feeling into it), then place the papers in slits on the wood, light a fire, then place the 'yule log' on it to release the wishes to the universe. Cheer, drum whatever you feel to do as they are released. 🌟

And may we all send out a powerful collective call in our rituals and manifestations for peace, love, and oneness for all, and that all lower energies of greed, manipulation, abuse, and all ways that life and Mother Earth is harmed, be removed from this beautiful planet once and for all. Only love for all remains, and so it is 💖😊💕

This Thursday at 6.30pm Michelle Hurley and I will be running a women's circle. 🌻
We'll be offering a self-love meditation and sound healing to nurture us, as well as a cuppa and chat afterwards. 💫
When we come together in a safe, gentle container our nervous systems relax, our bodies heal and our emotions get a chance to release. 🌼

I created this healing tree below and you'll have the chance to add anyone that needs healing, or yourself.
Towards the end we'll focus our love on those we've added. 🙏💜

The last few day's have been deep self care with Nature, Qigong, Sound Healing and gentle loving friends. I've learnt a lot about the need to balance my own nervous system and health. To set boundaries, to recharge my own energy and health. It's so easy to get caught up in the needs and wants of other's and general life stuff and to forget yourself and that only leads to burnout and helps no one.

These time's we're in are intense and self care is paramount! Listening to our bodies, following our intuition, psychic protection, grounding, nature, rest, feeling our feelings, and shadow work are all so important as our bodies move closer to a crystalline form and awakening our full divine soul potential.

And amongst this all please also remember this life is precious and make time to find balance with joy, music, movement, laughter and happiness wherever possible. Even if it's only a brief moment you can find. Every day we're alive is a gift and it's up to us to choose the lense we view it through.

I'm so grateful to my absolute heartfelt soul friends that surround me as we walk this earth experience together.

The energy has been quite tumultuous recently, bringing things to the surface to heal, making changes in people's lives where thing's, people are no longer in alignment.
We are human and our emotions, moods shift just as the water does. We need to be gentle with ourselves as we navigate the changing water's within and around us.
Some day's we can conquer mountains, other day's we struggle to do the basics. It's all ok whatever this day is for you.
A team of angels and guides watch over you always and love you unconditionally.
Drop into your own unconditional self love and ask 'you', what you need today. ❤️

Those that judge your anger and usually the one's benefiting from your lack of boundaries and suppression of self,, or that have yet to allow themselves the freedom to feel. We are not one dimensional, when we love ourselves unconditionally why would we deny any of this incredible human experience.
Find healthy way's to release this passing emotion and you will quickly find yourself back into love and guidance for your next step forward with self-love and worthiness backing you.

I've been into the darkness and embraced those part's with love. The darkness taught me its just the hurt, frightened part's of self that have needed to be seen, held and loved unconditionally and then it's free to move onto the light. 🌟
And as I free the darkness within myself it unlocks the opportunity within others through our interconnected field of consciousness. 💫

We're living in such incredible time's of solidifying new earth higher frequencies. The changes personally and collectively are happening quickly. We're being asked to feel, release, and embody more and more light daily. 💫🌺💕

Now that may sound lovely and it is, but the reality of it is we're processing deep traumas, going into the darkest corners of our soul and that isn't fun, but we learn to surrender into those depths and let that s**t go once and for all. 🙏🥰

Lifetimes of unhealed traumas, karma are ending through this time as we enter a new golden age of love, unity, and peace. That's the vision I see, and are here to help create with so many other's. 🌍💜

I think for me personally what I find hard is I also see the people that don't wish to change, that this process is to hard for, or act out in challenging way's as they don't know how to process the energy. For these soul's struggling I send out love and healing signs to assist in their growth or their transition to leave if they choose. 🌈🥰

Much love to all life, to all beings, let us create new earth together as one. 🌍🙏💕

Anyone else feel the intensity of these times? Who are we really? What will we stand for? Will we rise changed forever leaving the doubts and fears behind?
Finally stepping out fully in our soul's full power with integrity, love, care, honesty, compassion.
The days of playing it small are over, it's time to call back all soul fragments, our soul power through the ethers. Command it to be so!
This earth and all life needs us to give a s**t now more than ever.
Rise dear ones, rise, and may we shine together so brightly all the lower energies are gone once and for all.
Let us manifest our beautiful New Earth of love NOW 🌎 💕

Love is the greatest power of all, it isn't always light and fluffy, or sitting on a meditation cushion sending out love and peace, although it can be of course. 🥰

But love and self-love often asks us to stand in our truth, our integrity, our power. Love asks us to say no at times, it asks us to stand for the vulnerable, it asks us to create boundaries, to protect ourselves and then other's. Love is action, or stillness, or both. 💕

Love can be forgiving the seemingly impossible. Love can be the fire in your belly to bring change. Love can give you the strength to get up and fight a battle that pushes you to the edge. Love can be what walks you away from abuse and says I deserve better. 🙏

Let us not associate love with only softness or being nice as they are society's programming to control us. Let us be fearless lover's of self, eachother and all sentient beings. 🙏💕🥰🌍🌺
