Join us for a Heartwarming Evening of Yoga & Ukrainian Winter Food

Take time to nourish your body and soul. We invite you to an evening that will warm your heart with gentle movement, stillness, and delicious food.

✨ We will begin with a Relaxing Yoga session to gently unstiffen the body, followed by a Guided Meditation for health and prosperity.

🥣 Afterwards, enjoy a Traditional Ukrainian Winter Meal to warm your belly and connect with community.

🗓 When: Saturday 23rd August, 4:30pm
📍 Where: Gary Holland Centre, Rockingham

Please bring your yoga mat, a jumper, socks, and a blanket to stay cosy during meditation.
