For this coming year I want to wish us Peace, there is nothing I pray for more.

Peace upon our nations, where we enjoy each other's cultures , treating each other with compassion & tolerance.

A world we can all enjoy, knowing we leaving something good for our children.

Join us for a Heartwarming Evening of Yoga & Ukrainian Winter Food

Take time to nourish your body and soul. We invite you to an evening that will warm your heart with gentle movement, stillness, and delicious food.

✨ We will begin with a Relaxing Yoga session to gently unstiffen the body, followed by a Guided Meditation for health and prosperity.

🥣 Afterwards, enjoy a Traditional Ukrainian Winter Meal to warm your belly and connect with community.
