You dont always need to be on the mat to practise, feel and experience yoga.
Yoga can be practised and experienced anywhere and everywhere...
It is often believed that a yoga practice is limited to a quiet room at home, in a yoga studio, and in some cases in nature such as in the forrest, in the ocean, in the mountains, by the river....
But yoga can also be practised and experienced in very ordinary places - on the street, on the bus, on the plane, in the shops, in the theatre, in the office, in a restaurant....literally ANYWHERE.
Yoga is not merely a physical practice or body movements aiming to achieve body flexibility; it is not merely about asanas (postures) but it is a much deeper and subtler practice.
Yoga is about staying connected with your breath and bringing awareness to everything and everywhere all the time. It is about remaining mindful and staying present in every moment. Just like u breathe in every moment.
