A HUGE thank u to all who attended Guru Om Yoga's Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra last night.
In a room full of warm hearts, together we created a beautiful space of subtle awareness and peace.
The best part is that we can do it again as these classes will continue on a weekly basis at the lovely Westerly Family Centre 🙏

Season Greetings everyone! 🎅🎄

As the end of the year approaches, I would like to extend my gratitude to all who have supported me throughout 2025.

A special thank u to the Westerly Family Centre and particularly to Tanya for the ongoing support, engagement and kindness 🙏

My last Hatha class for 2025 will be on Saturday 20 December.

I look forward to offering two yoga classes per week in the New Year, from early January:

⭐ 3 January, Saturday - Traditional Hatha and Yoga Nidra, start at 7.30am
⭐ 6 January, Tuesday - Restorative and Yoga Nidra, start at 6.30pm
