A fantastic week of connection was had in Rockingham during my visit. I got to play with Spirit through other Souls, play with friends at a gig and then Play with Soul sister medicine woman Lizzy Parker at our Sound Portal journey…

I felt so alive, expanded and invigorated during that week of play that I’ll coming to do it again in March. 23rd - 31st

A couple of weeks ago a friend came down to work with me 1:1 over a couple of nights.

There was conversation, cacao, shamanic work, reframing, ceremony, country connection, access bars and more on offer as we allowed the journey to unfold for her exact needs.

It felt expansive and heart filling to be working this way again. It's what my Soul yearns for and why I'm here, to help guide you to the best expression of your connection to Self.

I've been feeling a lot of things, or partly feeling them.. and sometimes not feeling them well at all..

I recently watched a talk from a women and man about what it means to be an initiated Adult in this Now time. How emotional regulating, and using our emotions can enhance our personal power, frequency and potential for greater capacity of ourselves.

So i thought about what helps me in my growth and reflection of my self in a positive way that gets me a little bit closer each time to my truth and heart..... and one main thing out of a couple is facilitating space for others...

And so I'm going to do just that!!

My first online (Zoom) 'Space to Feel" - women's only circle (because I feel at this time the sisterhood needs strength of community to nourish ourselves completely from within) will be held on Sunday the 28th, 9am WAST.

i haven't worked it all out yet, though I do feel along with the feeling and sharing, there will be a centring meditation, music to help alchemize and a channelled healing from whichever part of the world I'll be...

This first will come from Canmore/Banff - Alberta, Canada - Rocky Mountains.
