❤️ My inner little girl was so joyful riding on the old style tram today 🚊
❤️ As a little girl growing up I spent many hours sitting on the old Melbourne & Fremantle trams at Whiteman Park (Perth WA) when dad was driving or conducting ❤️
❤️ I know dad was also with me in Spirit and enjoying being on the tram as well as in his birth city ❤️

🥰 Is it time you asked your inner child what they would like to do just for fun and embrace the Joy of PLAY?! 😜

🥰 Self-care is how you show yourself love, kindness, compassion and nurture your mind, body & soul.
🥰 Self-care looks and feels a little different for all of us, because we are all unique!
🥰 Self-care doesn't need to be complicated or time consuming, it could be as simple as sitting quietly with a cuppa and being present with yourself for 5-minutes.
🥰 Here are some of my favourite self-care practices and a few ways self-care can support your whole-self.
