Ayurveda
Ayurveda is a traditional Indian holistic medical system that dates back thousands of years. It is based on the premise that health and wellness rely on a delicate balance of the mind, body, and spirit. Ayurveda practitioners use a combination of herbal medicine, diet, yoga, and meditation to treat a wide range of conditions. There are other modalities used that are not limited.

Gift vouchers are available and have a 3-year valid date. Gift vouchers are not refundable for cash and are not extendable after the expiry date.
