My heart is so full this morning.
To the eight beautiful women who gathered last night — including our two new sisters — thank you. Thank you for showing up for yourselves, for your inner voice, and for the quiet wisdom that’s been waiting for you to listen.
There was such a softness in the room…
a courage too…
that tender mix of vulnerability and strength that only women doing the inner work can create together.
A special thank you to our incredible guest practitioner, Jessica Mokodompit from Sacred Haven. Her sound healing was nothing short of exquisite and transcending. The way her vocals moved through the space felt like a gift — a vibration that wrapped around each of us, inviting deeper surrender, deeper clarity, deeper trust. What an honour to have her with us.
Every time we gather, I’m reminded how sacred this space truly is.
How powerful it is when women choose themselves.
How healing it is when we sit in circle and remember that we don’t have to walk this path alone.
I feel so incredibly blessed to hold this space — to witness your unfolding, your insights, your laughter, your tears, your truth.
It is an honour I never take lightly.
May the whispers you heard last night — the nudges, the clarity, the gentle knowing — continue to guide you in the days ahead.
