We've been pretty quiet down here, slowly settling back into our practice. Even though it was raining and about 11 deg, Kew and I visited the Coaldale Walnut Farm to pick some end of season walnuts right from the source.

Yesterday started with a heaviness. I was quite saddened to read Stu, the frontman of the Sunshine Coast Band Oka passed from Covid related complications.

Arguably one of the best live bands of their generation, I am blessed to have seen them multiple times.

If you spent any time at all in our Sunday morning classes, you would have heard their music.

The world is a lesser place for Stu's passing.
