🏆🎉 Three in a Row! 🎉🏆
The 22nd North Metro (formerly Joondalup) LiveLighter Aged Care Games lit up the Kingsway Sports Centre on Sept 3rd — proudly supported by LiveLighter Healthway. 💚

Residents and staff from across the region came together for a day of fun, fitness, and friendly competition 🤝. At Bayswater, both facilities joined forces, training daily for over 2️⃣ months to chase the trophy once again.

👕 Dressed as convicts, our residents and staff took on 5 action-packed games… and guess what? We were unstoppable! 💪 For the 3rd year running, the trophy is coming home! 🏅✨

A massive WELL DONE to all residents and staff who trained, supported, and competed — proving age is no barrier to teamwork, joy, and community spirit. ❤️

August is Ladder Safety Month at Alinea....All ladders in the workplace must be industrial not domestic and so we've been auditing our sites to ensure our ladders are all up to Australian Standards.

Here’s Paraquad Industries employee Robert Mosor with Dean ‘Clairsy’ Clairs from 96FM!

Robert works in Paraquad’s cloth sorting section and has been with us for over 13 years. The other day, someone from 96FM visited Paraquad’s Shenton Park HQ to donate some items. Robert assisted them, helping to unload their van, and he mentioned he wished he could give retiring radio legend Dean Clairs a card given the radio man’s impending retirement.

The following day, Clairsy stopped by Paraquad to meet Robert and personally thank him for the thoughtful gesture. That’s community spirit!

New exhibition @ Alinea Art Gallery starting soon...

An exhibition of artist Liz Neughar's work will run at the gallery from Monday August 11th through Monday September 1st.

The gallery is located at 4 Orton Road, Shenton Park (part of the Alinea charity's complex).

Come for the art, and also check out our op shop and Book Bazaar.
