We hope all Dad's had a fantastic day yesterday & didn't Sydney do its part by providing a sensational first day of spring in recognition! Having spent the day with my 86yo dad, our September articles resonate much deeper.

Exercise is even more crucial as we age & none more so than exercising for stronger bones. We also wanted to share the importance of physio for an ageing population & understanding osteoporosis.
