Dear Patients

During Perth's 5 day lockdown we'll be closed for routine eye care.
However, we will still be available for eye emergencies, lost/broken spectacles, and contact lens queries.

Call us on 9493 3314 if you need help with any of the above.

You can also contact us via this page or by email floptom@aapt.net.au

Based on current WA Govt guidelines we will re-open on Saturday 6th Feb from 9am to 1pm.

Stay safe,
Michael and the Team

We’re Back!

Hi everyone,
I’m very happy to announce that from this Wednesday 6 May, Forest Lakes Optometrist will be open again for normal business hours:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 9am to 5.30pm
Thursday 9am to 8pm
Saturday 9am to 1pm

Given how well WA’s virus numbers have reduced, I feel confident we can provide a safe environment for all patients and staff with some slight changes to our normal routine:

We ask all visitors use the hand sanitizer provided upon entry.
Appointments will be scheduled to reduce the number of people in store at any one time.
Our cleaning and disinfection protocols will be increased.

We’re looking forward to once again providing the high standard of eye care our patients have come to expect, and as always, in a professional, ethical and friendly environment.

Cheers,
Michael and the team

Dear Patients

At Forest Lakes Optometrist we are very conscious of providing a safe environment for our patients and staff. Due to the COVID 19 virus I have decided to close the practice from 1.00pm Saturday 28 March. With a view to reopening on the 1st May or sooner depending on government advice.

Rest assured that we are still here to help you. If you, a family member, or a friend has an ocular emergency, or a problem with glasses or contact lenses even if you are not a current patient, you can contact me via this page or by email:

floptom@aapt.net.au.

Remember to leave a phone number so I can call you back and decide if we need to meet at the practice.

Michelle and I, and our team, Beryl, Erica, Tiffany and Stephanie wish you all the best and stay safe.
