This is the formula I use every single day.

I don’t follow a meal plan [but I am a fan of being prepared & batch cooking].

This is my simple formula to help you build meals that support hormones, digestion, and energy without overthinking it.

When a meal has protein, carbs, fats, greens and flavour, it tends to take care of itself. Blood sugar feels steadier, cravings soften, and you *actually* feel satisfied.

This framework is here to support you and make your life easier.

A day on board was just what I needed in the mist of moving home [Here’s why] 👇

We enjoyed some of the most phenomenal food I’ve had in a very long while (and that’s saying a lot coming from me…).

Menu
• Oyster with smoked pandanus vinegar emulsion
• Octopus gilda skewer
• Tuna tart with goat curd + salt bush
• BBQ scallops with nduja butter + lemon crumb
• Roast smashed chats with whipped anchovies + bottarga
• Rye crackers + house-made fish rillettes

Every dish was so thoughtful — flavour, texture, sourcing, and creativity. And the service was just as exceptional. It genuinely felt like we were worlds away, in the best kind of way.

I shared this day with my beautiful friend Taylah — incredible psych (based in Byron + online) who I adore for her grounded, evidence-based approach to the brain, behaviour, and being human.

Not all protein is equal [Here’s why] 👇

Many products marketed as protein-rich are actually ultra-processed [especially protein bars] designed for convenience and shelf life, not for digestion, blood sugar balance, or nervous system support.

These foods can leave you feeling:
• Bloated or heavy
• Wired but tired
• Hungry again soon after
• Disconnected from true hunger cues

As a nutritionist, I look beyond the protein number and ask:
How does this land in the body?
Does it support steadiness, or add more stress?

Protein should help you feel grounded, satisfied, and nourished, not leave you feeling bloated, puffy, tired and inflamed.

If you’ve been choosing “high-protein” options and still don’t feel great, it’s not a failure on your part. Your body is giving you information. It’s working FOR you, not AGAINST you.

Last week I did something completely out of my comfort zone ...

It was time for a rebrand. Not just new visuals, but a reflection of how far this work, and I have come.

For years, I’ve been behind the camera, creating, curating, and nourishing you. But stepping in front of it? Terrifying, vulnerable, and absolutely necessary.

Rebranding, I’ve realised, is a lot like nutrition. You don’t rebuild without intention. You don’t add without alignment. You nourish what’s working, refine what isn’t, and make space for new energy to flow.

This shoot became a nourishment ritual in its own way, for my brand, and for me. A moment to honour the evolution, the growth, and the next chapter of A Life Worth Nourishing.
