I wish more women in their 30’s knew this 👇

Your energy dips a bit easier, stress hits harder, sleep isn’t as solid, and your cycle might not feel as predictable as it used to. And yet we’re often told it’s just “life being busy”.

But there’s actually a lot happening under the surface …

Progesterone can start to shift, cortisol tends to run higher (hello stress load), and your body becomes way more sensitive to everything, food, sleep, alcohol, training, even emotional pressure [especially if you’re single].

Don’t worry, nothing is wrong with you. Your body is just responding.

✨ This is where things start to really change the game:
• eating properly in the morning (food before caffeine)
• aiming for 25–30g protein at breakfast
• stabilising blood sugar across the day (balanced meals)
• protecting your nervous system where you can
• and choosing movement that supports you, not drains you

It’s not about doing more. It’s about doing things differently.

12 months ago my life changed …

It stripped everything back, my energy, my work, my joy, my health, and my sense of self. Even the smallest things felt hard, and I wasn’t sure if I’d ever run again.

It also refined the people in my life. In a season where I had very little to give, it became so clear who was truly there, the ones who showed up, held space, and didn’t need anything from me in return.

The rebuild was slow, messy, and far from linear.

But over time, small steps became something bigger.

4 half marathons in the last 4 months , not from force, but from learning how to truly support my body properly. I’m still leaning every day how to support my body, but I hope by sharing my journey it can help you too.

I don’t take a run, or person for granted.

1 in 5 women will experience an eating disorder…
and still, we’re told this is normal.

It was the disconnection.
