What I make when I have 5 minutes — as a nutritionist ✔️

Because even quick meals should stabilise blood sugar, support digestion and actually keep you full.

👇Here’s how I build it:

Fibre → rocket (for bulk + bitter compounds that stimulate digestion, so you can absorb your meal)

Digestive support → fresh lemon juice (to prime stomach acid + enzyme release)

Complex carbs → bone broth rice (easier on the gut, more satiating than plain rice)

Protein → wild-caught tuna + cottage cheese (to hit the leucine threshold + support muscle + mood)

Healthy fats → extra virgin olive oil (for hormone health + fat-soluble nutrient absorption)

Texture → toasted pistachios (because satisfaction matters)

High protein.
Gluten free.
Balanced.
