Rather than using the "train the trainer" approach, in which one representative from our company receives first-hand training from a specific manufacturer, then passes it on, we send every member of the Creative Fire Protection installation and service technician team for manufacturer's training. As new technicians join Creative Fire Protection , a customized training schedule, designed specifically for their current skill level, promptly brings them up to our high level of product certification standards. In addition, we provide in-service training to your employees so they have a working knowledge of your new system. This ongoing training is part of our long-term commitment to every client. Throughout the design and installation process, you will be in contact with your assigned staff engineer. This Creative Fire Protection professional also interfaces on your project's behalf with the appropriate authorities.
