Due to new COVID 19 restrictions for non-medical close contact professionals (although I consider Shiatsu as health care), I have to close my doors once again as of this Sunday, March 28, 2021.

Our journey will continue some day, when everyone feels more at ease - until then, be well and remember to smile and breathe!

Hello everyone! Corona has wreaked much havoc in all our lives and not having been allowed to treat clients for many months due to COVID 19 regulations, I am allowed to start up again as of March 1st, 2021.

The prior location from where I treated will no longer be available, -- another casualty of COVID 19, but I will be able to treat out of
Avenue des Citrinelles 47, 1160 Auderghem.

Slowly, but surely, we will find ourselves in a new rhythm of life and work - and accepting it is all we can do!

I hope you have all been able to weather the storm and also to pick up from where we have left off soon.

Hello everyone!

This COVID19 quarantine time has been trying for all of us, worse than mere trying for some, but I am happy to inform you that I am starting to treat people as of next week.

I am therefore taking appointments again.

Treatments will be at BE Pilates in Auderghem, BE.

If the slightest symptoms of a cold or fever are experienced, please inform me when making the appointment, since, for the time being, I will have to decline sessions with people with flu- or cold-like symptoms.

I will be treating with a mask and clients should wear one, as well. I ask for hands to be washed before and after the session.

Apart from this, our sessions will be as they were and I am certain we will find a place of peace and healing among the seeming chaos out there and within ourselves. Perhaps we will return with a heightened awareness of what we should or would like to prioritize in our lives...

A client of mine just surprised me with the purchase of a few Shiatsu gift certificates for her and her family for when the quarantine is over.

I am not as good a sales person, as a bodyworker, so it never crossed my mind to advertise the availability of gift certificates online during this trying time, because it is uncertain when I can pick it back up.

As soon as we get the green light to be allowed to work again in this field of massage therapy, I will be treating out of BE Pilates in Auderghem again.

Now offering 60 and 90 minute treatments at €65 and €75 respectively!

But please, still plan to spend a little extra time beyond the session, so we can go over pertinent stretches, breathing exercises and/or nutrition, whichever are applicable.
