Vitamin C is one of most widely known vitamins, but do you know what its importance is? Or what your daily need for Vitamin C is? Read more here: http://ow.ly/2ihL30kuSFc

Vitamin C, also known as L-ascorbic acid, is a water-soluble vitamin that is naturally present in some foods, added to others, and available as a dietary supplement. Humans, unlike most animals, are unable to synthesize vitamin C endogenously, so it is an essential dietary component [1].

We spend hours sitting in waiting rooms. Whether its waiting for your child or spouse, or waiting to get called in a busy walk-in clinic. Those leather frayed seats stick to your bottom. The kaki walls and low stuccoed ceilings seem to cave in. The smell ...

Dear Doctors of South Common Medical Centre.
I am writing to personally tell you that I respect you, I trust your medical training and the conclusions that you draw from it. I trust you and support you in upholding your Hippocratic oath to me, in the face of obvious pressure to do otherwise. The lockdown and the masks are hurting us. We think that the Chief Medical Officer of Alberta is relentlessly ignoring the devastation wrought upon Albertans for ideological reasons that run counter to her oath.

We also feel that the Chief Medical Officer of Alberta is ignoring effective treatments, the ineffectiveness of PCR tests, new studies, evidence from Sweden, suicides, overdoses, mental health issues especially to children, and a vast quantity of information which should, by now, have made her change her course of action.

I was extremely disappointed with the wait time. The online wait time map that you advertise in your waiting room said it was a 5 minute wait, as did the sign outside your clinic. When I checked in with my son to wait to a flu shot your staff at the desk said 5-10 minutes. I waited 55 minutes without being seen and left. My issue is not waiting, my issue is that your lying about wait times. Either keep things close to accurate or dont advertise short wait times.
