Before your Virtual Art Therapy Clinic session, please make sure you have the following ready:

✔ A device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) to join your session
✔ A reliable internet connection
✔ A private and quiet space where you feel comfortable speaking freely
✔ A safe place to store any artwork created during your sessions

Having these in place helps create a secure and supportive environment where you can fully engage in the creative and therapeutic process.

We look forward to meeting you in your creative space.

"The Wobbly Easel "

This was a name I originally came up with for a school project. The assignment was to create an idea for our own art therapy clinic.

With determination, hard work, and a lot of help along the way, I’m now turning that project into a reality.

I am officially accepting clients who are seeking support.

You do NOT need any prior art experience to engage in art therapy.

Sometimes art therapy looks like a big canvas covered in paint. Other times, it’s as simple as a scrap of lined paper with a few scribbles on it.

Let's prove that you can, in fact, draw a stick figure!!!

What is Art Therapy?

Art therapy is a form of psychotherapy that uses creative expression to support mental health and well-being. It’s not about being “good” at art, it’s about using the process to explore thoughts and emotions that can be hard to put into words.

Through guided creative work, art therapy can help you:
• Better understand yourself
• Work through difficult experiences
• Develop healthier ways of coping

It’s about the process, not the product.

👋 If you’re new here — welcome!

Here’s a quick look at what art therapy is and why it matters. 🎨💛

Art therapy (also known as art psychotherapy) is a mental health profession that uses creative expression within a therapeutic relationship to support emotional, psychological, and social wellbeing. Through art-making, clients can explore feelings, reduce stress, build coping skills, and express experiences that may be hard to put into words.

Art therapists are trained in both art and psychology, guiding clients through safe, meaningful creative processes that support healing and insight.

Whether you're curious, learning, or considering sessions yourself — we’re glad you’re here. 🌿
