The beginnings...
As a Creative Arts Therapist and former elementary school teacher I have a great deal of experience working with children and their families. I have found that tapping into a client’s creativity automatically begins to strengthen their confidence in themselves and their abilities to cope as they begin to see themselves as creative, resilient people who have the abilities to endure and thrive in the face of great challenges.
I am now located in Halifax, NS. So far my private practice and professional development trainings for teachers has been filled with dedicated, curious clients who endeavour to expand their understanding of themselves; an extremely courageous thing to do. I am humbled, and incredibly excited to see what beautiful things I can create alongside the lovely people who reside here.
