People have mentioned Gua Sha often as more of an extreme therapy. Personally I use Gua Sha in clinic almost daily. From using facial Gua Sha that does not leave bruising on the face to a deep tissue massage style on the neck and shoulders to a lighter but still deeper pressed one on tight tendons in the legs.
This video gives a great summary on who Gua Sha is good for, anyone with repetitive movement related tension or injuries such as athletes and hair dressers normally have great success with this treatment 😊

🌿 In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the concept of Yin and Yang represents the dynamic balance of opposite but complementary forces. 🌗
