Our hearts go out to everyone affected by the wildfires in Annapolis county and the surrounding areas. All Nova Scotians know that everywhere in this beautiful province is home, and the people here feel like family no matter where you roam. We are all connected in some way, which makes it difficult to process the uncertainty of what is happening. We are deeply grateful to all the selfless firefighters, pilots and first responders who are working tirelessly. We admire all the volunteers who are feeding and housing first responders, offering livestock support, digging trenches and fire breaks. Every single one of you make us proud Nova Scotians.

A psych-ed assessment involves clinical interviews, observations and testing that can identify your learning profile, how you process information and function both emotionally and behaviorally. It can help recognize areas of strength or needs in the way you learn. Once you understand how someone learns best, then you can narrow down how to help them achieve success.
