As I continue my sacred pause into February I am rediscovering some things that I love. As though I get to fall in love with them all over again.

Time spent with analog printed words is one of them. Books, magazines, novellas, and graphic novels are my favourites. Moments in the sunshine with no immediate plans, and enjoying every sip of tea or coffee like a private ritual fills me with gratitude each morning.

Slowing down has allowed other areas to speed up.

It seems backwards but that is what I am experiencing.

I learned about meditation several years ago and it honestly changed everything for me.
It gave me a way to disconnect from the external world for a few moments and check in with my emotions, my body, and my internal world.

So often we are asked to ignore what our body is telling us.
Meditation teaches us how to connect with it and listen.

Meditation works with your nervous system, not against it.
You don’t need silence, discipline, or a perfectly calm mind.

When your body feels safe, your breath naturally slows.
When your breath slows, your nervous system softens.

This is why gentle, guided meditation can feel so supportive—especially during stress, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm.

✨ It's impossible to do it wrong.
✨ As you learn to feel safe, you’re learning to listen to your body.

I’m entering a sacred pause 🤍✨

Over the next few months, I’ll be stepping back from live readings and offerings to create space for rest, reflection, and deep soul alignment. This pause isn’t about stopping — it’s about allowing what’s next to gently flow in with clarity, intention, and expanded purpose.

Sometimes the most powerful growth happens in the quiet. In the stillness. In the moments where we listen instead of push. And that’s exactly what I’m honoring right now.

Rest when you need to.
