I was so in my head trying to achieve my goal that I forgot how disconnected I was from my body and the experience of cacao ❤️‍🩹

I had lost the plot that the whole point of this medicine is to be present and feel the unprocessed emotions 🌀

When the emotional discomfort turned into physical pain, I was forced to look within and tune into my body. Once I realized I was in the 'performing' and not in the 'experiencing' I then gained the clarity to set things right ✨️

The lesson here was to not run away from uncomfortable emotions and to be honest with yourself while setting intention because if you are lying to yourself, the medicine will show you the truth 🪞

I made a big cup of cacao this time with a dash of cinnamon because in the last ceremony it felt like my body needed more of this medicine 🪷

The rose incense cone from I used this time really elevated the atmosphere 🌹
