At the threshold of darkness and light, two figures bear witness to a moment of impossible hope.

Whether you see resurrection, renewal, liberation, or the quiet triumph of love over violence, this image speaks to something deeply human: the experience of standing before the unexpected and feeling wonder.

For some, it is sacred story. For others, it is metaphor — the rising after grief, the return of courage, the spark that survives the night. Across beliefs, doubts, and traditions, we share this longing: that what feels sealed in stone can open, that light can break through, that new life can begin again.

May we each find our own meaning in the dawn.

GHB/GBL in Chems*x: Stay Informed, Stay Safer

GHB/GBL/BDO has a very narrow margin between euphoria and overdose (As little as a few ml.) Key risks include respiratory depression, unconsciousness (“G-sleep”), choking on vomit, coma, or death—especially when mixed with alcohol, benzos, ketamine, or other depressants.

Harm reduction essentials:
• Measure precisely with a 1 mL syringe; test new batches).
• Wait ≥2 hours between doses; log amounts and times.
• Self-administer only—never accept pre-poured drinks.
• Never use alone; have a sober monitor present.
• Know overdose signs (snoring, unrousable, shallow breathing) → recovery position + call emergency services immediately and stay with them until help arrives.
• Protect consent and s*xual health: impaired judgment increases vulnerability; use barriers, PrEP, regular STI/hep C testing.
• Avoid consecutive-day use to prevent rapid dependence.

Consult these postcards from Gmergency Response for more details
https://gmsh.ca/resources/ghb-overdose-response/

Harm reduction saves lives. Share if it helps someone stay safer. For support, contact local s*xual health or chems*x services.

Cathedrals taught us what was holy.
They didn’t teach us how to stay safe.

For a lot of us, intimacy has lived in shadows — in alleys, in apps, in rooms where pleasure and risk sit side by side. Chems*x isn’t about recklessness. It’s often about connection. Disinhibition. Feeling wanted. Feeling powerful. Feeling free.

But freedom without care can cost us.

Harm reduction isn’t permission.
It’s protection.
It’s compassion.
It’s love in practice.

It’s saying: your pleasure matters enough to keep you alive.

Happy Valentine’s Day —
stay tender with each other. 🌹

The loop doesn’t break until you do something different. 🔁

In the movie Groundhog Day, Phil Connors is stuck. He wakes up to the same song, the same cold puddle, and the same mistakes. Sound familiar?

The Shame Cycle of addiction works the exact same way:
1️⃣ The Trigger: Something hurts or overwhelms us.
2️⃣ The Relapse: We reach for the old “solution” to numbing the pain.
3️⃣ The Shame: The “how am I here again?” realization kicks in.
4️⃣ The Vow: We promise to never do it again, but the underlying pain remains untouched... so the clock resets to 6:00 AM.

Phil didn’t get to February 3rd by wishing the day away or hating himself into a better version. He got there by slowly changing how he showed up for himself and others.

If you’re feeling stuck in a loop of relapse and regret, remember: The repetition is where the learning happens, but the grace is what breaks the cycle. You aren’t a failure for being back at Day 1. You’re just a person learning how to finally wake up to a new song. ☀️

Drop a “☀️” if you’re working on breaking a cycle today.

Holiday vibes are in the air, but community care comes first! 🎄✨
The PnP Project is wishing everyone a season of joy, connection, and most importantly, safety. If you’re celebrating this year, we want you to have the best time possible while looking out for yourself and your crew.

⚠️ URGENT NS SUPPLY ALERT:
The unregulated supply in Nova Scotia is currently highly unpredictable. Recent testing has found Crystal M**h contaminated with M**A and Hydromorphone. Because Hydromorphone is a powerful opioid, the risk of overdose is real—even if you aren’t intending to use downers.

Our Holiday Survival Tips:
✅ CARRY NALOXONE: Even if you only use stims. It’s the only thing that reverses an opioid OD.
✅ TEST YOUR DOSE: Start low, go slow.
✅ SET TIMERS: Don’t let the holiday chaos make you lose track of your G-timing or hydration.
✅ NEVER USE ALONE: Use the buddy system or call NORS (1-888-688-6677) if you’re solo.
Let’s head into the New Year healthy and whole. Love you, NS! 🧡🏳️‍🌈

🌍 World AIDS Day 2025
Today we remember the 40.1 million lives lost to AIDS-related illnesses worldwide.
Their stories live on in our fight to end HIV.
In Canada — the ONLY G8 nation where new HIV diagnoses are still rising — we cannot look away.
Right now:
❗ 1 in 4 people living with HIV are not on treatment
❗ 1 in 5 gay & bi men have never heard of PrEP
❗ 1 in 3 new infections are among gay & bi men
❗ Indigenous people, people who use drugs, and Black women are being left behind, with rising rates in these communities.
This is not inevitable.
Treatment = prevention.
PrEP works.
Testing saves lives.
Stigma kills.
On , let’s commit to:
✅ Getting every Canadian tested & linked to care
✅ Making PrEP free, easy, and stigma-free
✅ Centering Indigenous, Black, 2SLGBTQ+, and drug-using communities in solutions
✅ Ending the silence that fuels this epidemic
Canada, we can be the generation that stops HIV.
But only if we act — together — right now.
💚 Get tested. Know your status.
💊 Start or stay on treatment.
🔵 Talk about PrEP.
❤️ Fight stigma every single day.

N PROPRIONITRILE Chlorphine is a novel synthetic opioid that is as strong or stronger than fentanyl first detected in Canada this past month. It is not detected by fentanyl test strips, carries with it a high risk of overdose, and may require multiple doses of naloxone. Follow guidelines for safer use, don’t use alone and have naloxone kits handy.

Often, you might be at someone’s place feeling tired after playing, or not feeling very social or s*xual, or maybe not feeling comfortable with people who perhaps you don’t even like, and taking more and more drugs without feeling the high anymore. You might be thinking that leaving now would be the right thing to do, but perhaps you feel unable to go, putting it off, maybe even scared of going home, because that means loneliness and sadness. Perhaps the idea of coming down may be so depressing that it keeps you from leaving much longer than you would like. If this sounds familiar to you, here are some tips that can help you prevent this happening next time.
