Where I’ve been!! 🤍
Honest I’ve been nowhere but here. Surviving winter, locked in with nutrition and exercise, celebrating birthdays and hanging out with my girls. I’ve also had a weekly doula gig with the cutest guy ever.

I also planned an exciting trip, currently taking care of my wife through her ACL reconstruction, cooking, hanging with friends and getting steps in!

Very ready for this rainy weather to clear and to get some sunshine on this face!

Happy Holidays everyone!

I’ve been a little MIA on here because I just spent a much needed week home in Pubnico spending time with my fam. Prior to that I was swamped with the December rush! So grateful for those of you who participated in that rush!

I’m taking this week to do some planning, restructuring and catching up on my work. Next week will be my true start to the new year. Easing my way back into working out, eating healthier and taking care of myself. I’d love to hear your goals for the new year! I’ll be making a video about my mood board/vision board for 2026! Maybe featuring a special guest (she doesn’t know this yet)!!

What I wish I knew two months ago! ✨💫🥺

You definitely have to spend $$ to make $$! Not only does this mean supplies (that’s obvious) but it also means marketing. If you want to grow fast, you should probably be investing in some form of paid ads.

Focusing on what you can control. When a new client comes in, it’s an audition. You need to wow them and impress them enough with your skills, kindness and overall vibe so they will rebook. The hardest part is getting a new person in the door, once you’ve done that, you need to lock them in. This is what we’re good at as RMTs.

Believing in BUSINESS. I struggle so hard with imposter syndrome. It took me years to be on my own because I lacked confidence. I didn’t think I could do it. I thought I would flop. Then I made a choice and committed to the business. When I didn’t want to wake up and work on ads or flyers or emails, I did it for the business. My belief in what my business can do is higher than my belief in myself. At the end of the day, they are the same thing BUT reframing those thought patterns helped when my own brain was in my way.
