This is Drake!🐾🖤

This brave boy came in to see us last week, on Tuesday, as he was not eating and having some vomiting, just overall was not himself.

On Thursday, Dr. Erjavec took Drake into surgery for an exploratory surgery where she found a large fabric foreign body in his stomach. His surgery went very well and Drake was able to go home that evening!

Drake returned on Friday for some more supportive care and IV fluids and he was able to go home for the weekend where he had all the loving care from his family!❤️‍🩹🩺🐾

And today, Drake came back for a recheck with Dr. Erjavec and we were able to remove his feeding tube! Drake is on the road to an amazing recovery and we are so happy to see how well he is doing, he has definitely captured the hearts of the entire Herring Cove Vet team! 💙

This is staff pet Tim Riggins!🐾🧡

He had a dental cleaning with our medical team last week under general anesthesia.

When we do our dental cleanings, we not only clean your pets teeth, but we also perform dental radiographs to ensure all their teeth are nice and healthy.

Luckily for Tim, he did not need any extractions so his teeth were scaled and polished to be beautiful and pearly white again! 🦷🪥

This is Maud and Milo, the Maine C***s!🐾

Maine C***s are a special breed of cat that grow to be larger than a Domestic Shorthair cat. They are known for their larger size and for their beautiful long coat of dense fur!

These two beauties came in for their spay and neuter surgeries yesterday with Dr. Erjavec! We are wishing a speedy recovery for them both!💙🩺

We will be CLOSED for Good Friday (Friday, April 3rd, 2026). We will re-open on Monday, April 6th for our regular 8am-6pm hours.
