Often the women I have worked with have spent years thinking they're the problem, because that's what they were told or lead to believe.
That they need to try harder.
Be more disciplined.
Do more but be less (IYKYK)
The truth is, it's generally not a lack of effort.
Often, women with ADHD are actually putting in an incredible amount of effort
but somehow still feel like they're coming up short.
You're not alone in that, and you don't have to figure it out on your own.
