Red Dress Day is a national day of awareness for Missing & Murdered Indigenous Women, and Girls, honoring those taken by colonial and gender-based violence while demanding justice and systemic change.

It began with Mรฉtis artist Jaime Blackโ€™s REDress Project in 2010, using empty red dresses to symbolize the lives lost.

A reminder of the ongoing crisis and a call to remember, act, and stand in solidarity. ๐ŸŒน
