A little about Justin:

A graduate of ICT Northumberland College and a practicing Registered Massage Therapist since 2019, Justin brings extensive experience and a results-driven approach to care. His treatments focus on deep tissue therapy with a special emphasis on neck, shoulder, and upper back conditions, tailored to support your specific needs.

Working closely with the multidisciplinary team at Citadel Physiotherapy, Justin helps patients recover from injuries, improve postural alignment, and manage pain. Welcome Greg to the Team! 🎉

We’re excited to announce that Greg joined us on May 20th as our newest physiotherapist!

Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Mount Allison University and a master's degree in Physiotherapy from Dalhousie University. With experience working in orthopedic clinics in Halifax and Kingston, Greg brings a passion for helping people of all ages stay active and healthy.

Growing up in Moncton, New Brunswick, Greg’s love for sports like basketball, volleyball, soccer, and golf inspired his career in physiotherapy. He focuses on personalized treatment plans that include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, dry needling, and education to help patients reach their goals.

When he’s not working, you’ll find Greg at the gym, pool, or out traveling, with hopes of visiting every continent someday!

We were thrilled to host the team from True North Psychological Services at our Clayton Park Clinic this week!

Many active military members and veterans are currently undergoing assessment and treatment at their office at 36 Solutions (4th floor) for mental health challenges, including PTSD and emerging therapies like psychedelics. A significant number of these conditions are rooted in injuries sustained during their time in service.

We’re proud to be part of the care network supporting those who’ve served.

Dr. Tess Miller is not only a fantastic Chiropractor she is an intelligent and extremely knowledgeable practitioner. At first, I was hesitant to receive chiropractic treatment due to a bad experience years ago. She explained to me in detail what my soft tissue issues were and how her treatment was going to help. She explained exactly what she was going to do and the difference between deep tissue therapy and adjustment therapy.
