Twenty years in the spa industry has taken me on the most amazing journey with studies in traditional European therapies to the modern trends of medical based treatments. This experience has brought me many places around the world to study with some of the industry’s leading skin care experts. I have helped many clients overcome skin challenges through professional treatments, education and proper

maintenance techniques -in conjunction with a well rounded home care regime, all specifically tailored for your skin type and primary concerns. Additionally trained in Oncology aesthetics and Global skin care, I am able to provide you with corrective treatments while maintaining a healthy balanced skin. My philosophies have changed significantly throughout the years through education and I believe in “do no harm” while working to help and correct skin challenges clients face. As a certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant and graduate of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, I am very excited to introduce nutritional education into the spa setting as a great add-on to existing skin treatments. While this may seem obvious, most spas and treatment centers don’t employ nutritional consultants or registered dieticians – especially when it comes to skincare. Many scientific studies support the role nutrition plays in maintaining healthy skin. Allow me to assist you in understanding where these imbalances may be present based on your health profile. I can also assist with pre and post surgical care by helping you optimize your skins immunity through food choices and lifestyle modifications. Trained in reflexology, aromatherapy and yoga, I am truly interested in the whole person and a passionate advocate for healthy minds, bodies, and skin.
