About Me

Caleigh is an exceptional massage therapist honing her craft. After completing her 2200-hour program at ICT Northumberland College in 2016, she began focusing on sports medicine. This stems from her undergraduate studies at the University of New Brunswick in 2013 where she studied and completed a Bachelor of Science focused in Kinesiology. Caleigh is a registered member, in good standing, with the Massage Therapy Association of Nova Scotia

Before attending massage therapy school, Caleigh worked as a kinesiologist in a chronic pain multidisciplinary clinic allowing her to work with various chronic pain conditions. This opportunity helped Caleigh grow and helped shape her direction toward massage therapy.

Caleigh has a strong interest in deep tissue, myofascial and sports massage. Since graduating, Caleigh has been working towards becoming a certified sports massage therapist, which has allowed her to work with various Olympic, professional and university athletes. She has also completed her advanced sports massage therapy and athletic taping courses.
