Beached Plastics on Sable Island. April 3, 2024, a collection of items found during today’s “brand” survey. All carry enough product info to identify the manufacturer/distributor, etc. Most are the usual single use containers & packaging. Others have more of a story. The two Seven Oceans pouches each contain 10 plastic emergency packets of drinking water for use in lifeboats. The scraps of polyurethane carpet padding, Shaw Cushion, are from a product sold as part of a fundraiser for a research hospital in Memphis TN. Photo Zoe Lucas.
