Welcome back Dr. Mikaila Patrick, DC!! 🙌

Dr. Mikaila is originally from Oakville, Ontario where her background in competitive sports sparked a strong interest in the human body.

🎓 Dr. Mikaila earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, with distinction from Dalhousie University, where her interest in movement, rehab and patient care grew.

💙 After graduation, she was the Kinesiologist at Maritime Chiropractic & Wellness, where witnessing the impact of chiropractic care firsthand inspired her to take the next step.

🩺 She went on to complete her Doctor of Chiropractic degree, graduating Cum Laude from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College.

🧠 Mikaila uses a variety of treatment techniques including education, soft tissue therapy, mobilizations, manipulations, ergonomic assessments and individualized exercise programming. She is passionate about both treating musculoskeletal injuries while also preventing their recurrence.

🌲 Outside of the clinic, Mikaila enjoys playing and watching sports, cooking, spending time with friends and family and exploring the beautiful province of Nova Scotia.

We are excited to welcome Rachel Wagner to our massage therapy team starting July 14th!! ⭐️

Rachel has been a massage therapist for over seven years. While well versed in common musculoskeletal issues, she welcomes challenging cases and creating lasting change that help clients manage their symptoms, reduce their pain, and take charge of their own health and wellbeing with care tailored to their needs.

She specializes in TMJ and enjoys treating all shoulder issues and helping solve pelvic fascial restrictions. She is also familiar with WCB, Veteran’s Affairs, pregnancy, MVA, and pre-post surgical care.

When she isn’t working you can find her out on adventures, cooking, in nature, or reading a great book.

Whether you want to relax, maintain or address complex issues, Rachel has an open door and cannot wait to help!! 🤗
