Join us June 13 for a full day of racing, laughs, team spirit, and community — all in support of the QEII Patient Assistance Fund.

Holiday Monday means regular classes are canceled on May 18 — but Camp PuncHIIT Pop Up Circuit with Kat takes over at 9:30am ☀️ Expect sweat, stations, teamwork, and a little controlled chaos.

Then it’s back to business for the rest of the week with Group Strength running Tuesday through Friday. Structured programming, coached sessions, and zero guesswork — just show up and put the work in.

Holiday Monday doesn’t mean sitting still. Our Camp PuncHIIT Pop Up Circuit returns Monday, May 18 at 9:30am with Kat leading the chaos.

Think outdoor-camp energy meets PuncHIIT conditioning: stations, partner work, cardio, strength, laughs, and the kind of workout that makes you forget it’s technically a holiday.
