PuncHIIT Fitness At PuncHIIT Fitness get a great variety of group fitness classes (Kickboxing, Kettlebells, etc) & PT. We also offer 1-on-1 private personal training.

In our private personal training room we focus on your goals. That might be to get stronger, add muscle, increase mobility & flexibility, core strengthening, cardio endurance or even learning a new skill (i.e. boxing or kickboxing). Other specialties we offer are nutrition coaching and autoimmune protocol coaching. Our nutrition and AIP certified coach will help you achieve your goals. Whatever yo

TECHNIQUE TUESDAY: TRX REAR DELT FLY 🦅
Build strong shoulders and better posture with this upper-back burner.

SETUP: Face the anchor and grab both handles with a palms-down grip. Walk feet forward until straps are taut and your body is in a straight line — more lean = more challenge.
START POSITION: Arms extended in front at chest height, elbows slightly bent. Keep that bend the whole time.
OPEN UP: Move from your shoulder blades, pulling them back and together as you open your arms into a “T” shape.
SQUEEZE: Pause at the top, feeling the muscles between your shoulder blades fire, while keeping tension on the TRX straps.
CONTROL THE RETURN: Slowly bring arms back to start without letting elbows bend or straighten.
