PuncHIIT Fitness At PuncHIIT Fitness get a great variety of group fitness classes (Kickboxing, Kettlebells, etc) & PT. We also offer 1-on-1 private personal training.

In our private personal training room we focus on your goals. That might be to get stronger, add muscle, increase mobility & flexibility, core strengthening, cardio endurance or even learning a new skill (i.e. boxing or kickboxing). Other specialties we offer are nutrition coaching and autoimmune protocol coaching. Our nutrition and AIP certified coach will help you achieve your goals. Whatever your goals, you can be confident that one of our qualified instructors will help you achieve them with a program that's been personalized just for you.

TECHNIQUE TUESDAY: TRX FACE PULL 🎯

1️⃣ SET UP: Face the anchor, lean back in a straight line from head to heels, core engaged.
2️⃣ GRIP & START: Hands on handles, arms long at shoulder height, wrists neutral (no bend).
3️⃣ ALIGN: As you pull, aim for a “V” shape — elbows higher than hands.
4️⃣ PULL TO FACE: Drive elbows out and slightly back, keeping wrists stacked under elbows. Squeeze shoulder blades together.
5️⃣ CONTROL DOWN: Return slowly to the start.

TECHNIQUE TUESDAY: TRX WIDE BACK ROW 🔥
Build upper-back strength with crisp lines and clean pulls.

1️⃣ SET UP: TRX at mid-length. Face the anchor, lean back in a straight line (head-to-heels), core braced.
2️⃣ GRIP & START: Hands on handles, arms long at shoulder height. Wrists neutral (no bend).
3️⃣ ALIGN: Think straight lines — WRIST ⇄ ELBOW and ELBOW ⇄ SHOULDER. Keep shoulders down & back.
4️⃣ PULL WIDE: Drive elbows out to shoulder height, keeping those lines stacked (forearms straight, upper arms level). Squeeze shoulder blades together.
5️⃣ PAUSE: Hold for 1 count at the top without shrugging.
6️⃣ CONTROL DOWN: Return slowly, maintaining the same wrist–elbow–shoulder alignment.

PRO TIP: If your wrists bend or elbows drop, you lose the lines — lighten the angle and reset.
