Dive into a transformative 10 day program that’s the perfect fusion of groundbreaking education and sheer tranquility. Use basic poses and how to apply Pranassage (yoga massage) techniques in a serene and gentle manner facilitating deep relaxation and healing with professionalism and safety.

Become proficient with hands on techniques: Extra attention will be paid to finding a variety of ways to provide touch to different types of tissues using each others bodies as the tools. Give and receive in yoga poses using your hands, elbows, shoulders, knees and feet. Types of pressure to provide different effects will be shared such as deep steady pressure to ground bones relax the body into gravity or manual techniques to enliven an awareness of the outline of the yoga shape.

Participants will be ready to offer full 1 – 1.5 hour long Pranassage sessions to their clients by the end of the program.

Requirements: Open to yoga teachers, teachers in training and health professionals.

✨ I’m so happy to share that I have officially completed my 50-hour Meditation Teacher Training! ✨

Latest online class: 30 Min Stretch And Tone for pre or post travel. This class was done as part of the live teaching exercises for yoga teachers in training in Feb 2025 and is now available on the platform for everyone! Includes cat/cow, lunge, lunge twist, deep thigh stretch, thread the needle, warr 2, triangle and dead bug!

Starting January 4th, 2025. 50 Hours. Online Meditation Teacher Training starts on January 4th and 5th with two four hour sessions on Saturday and Sunday morning. This course, intended for registered yoga teachers, will lay the foundation for developing your own meditation practice more thoroughly with the intention of being able to confidently share mindfulness and meditation with your students as a class or as a deeper aspect of your current yoga teaching.
